  Update May 17 2017 - I Just Absolutely ROASTED Betty in court! Betty is an ignorant inbred hillbilly and tried to silence the truth by filing and Emergency Order Of Protection on April 26 2017. She also brought a few more dumb inbreds with her to testify against me, Marc Dunn, Daryle Spiller and some fat slob woman that looked like she just climbed out from under a rock. lol ... You really can not make this stuff up. Check my YOUTUBE videos for the history behind them inbreds and I. Marc and Kyle Dunn are some the the biggest cowards i know and may be more dishonest than the Spillers.
  
  The Judge seen right through Betty's sad attempt to act like a inocent old lady. She did look like a FIRST CLASS LOSER!!! HaHaHa!!! I looked and felt like Perry Mason and proceeded to absolutely SMOKE that old witch!!! It was priceless and I will never forget it!!!
  
  I reached out to Sean Ronkoske, the owner of First Class Reality about Betty Spiller but they chose to try to silence the TRUTH by blocking me on their FakeBook page. They also tried to intimidate people that gave them bad reviews by making public comments stating they took screen shots of the truthful opinions of people with knowledge of Betty's shady dealings. First Class Realty continues to try to intimidate away the truth by constantly stating their attorneys are involved. Sean Ronkoske Is an Absolute JOKE and his actions lead me to believe he's complicit with Betty Spiller's fraudulent actions.

  This Is Very Simple When You Review The Overwhelming Information I Have Provided ... Just Publicly! Compared to The Spiller's Character References and Its a NO BRAINER! Betty is responsible for restitution of Unjust Enrichment at the very least.
  
  I have turned over a vast amount of information to the FBI ... That's the Federal Bureau of Investigation Chicago Branch. Betty Spiller extremely dishonest and is trying to sell our property that I have invested thousands of #dollars and #thousands of hours in. ( Betty referred to the Sanctuary as OUR land early in our relationship. In retrospect it was all a con) Betty Spiller and her sons have been lying to me from the start! I have verifiable dialog to prove everything. 1. Why did Betty Spiller tell me Winthrop Harbor came to her with open arms to annex The Sanctuary into Winthrop Harbor? Several times? 2. Why did she tell me "they can't land lock me" when talking about building a house on The Sanctuary? Several times? 3. Why did she tell me that I could build a house on The Sanctuary, several times? David Spiller text me and asked if I wanted to buy The Sanctuary for FairMarket Value early in my Habitat Improvements on the 6.5 acres that is MY Sanctuary. David and Daryle Spiller told me if i wanted The Sanctuary their mother would give it to me on land contract #interest free, several times. Betty Spiller made a verbal agreement that she would give me a family-friendly deal and we bumped knuckles to it on her other property on Greenbay Road when I was trying to find out who was dumping garbage out there. She told me I was family because I was doing stuff for her. Betty Spiller told me more than anything she would never sell The Sanctuary to anyone other than me when we used to talk on regular basis. She acted as though she really cared about me. The chain on the gate on that Greenbay Road property is mine. I made one gate for her. Betty Spiller has my TroyBilt roto tiller and my Honda mini tiller. The Honda was used only once before I let her borrow it. I will speak the TRUTH and Expose the Spiller Family. I will tell about David admitting HomeInvasion to me in text messages that he and 2 others broke into my apartment and robbed me when I was serving 2 months in the Lake County Jail in Waukegan Illinois
