  I have a service dog and while movers took my belongings out of a 10' X 10' storage room, I was not allowed into the office with my service animal despite the fact it was 10 degrees outside. Instead I was told to "face my car into the sun and turn on the heat."
  
  Wow! How thoughful can you get? In addition, you can't use the office bathroom either. ;-)
