  Smooth transaction great communication and follow through. I recently bicked up a Z900 RS from them. They were the ONLY shop out the 5 that I dealt with that were willing to deal. The great part was that I was able to get all the major details worked out over a phone call - this was key as I am over 80 miles away. Jeff and MIke certainly took care of me and made me feel at home! Look forward to doing business with them again.

  I've purchased 2 bikes from Nielsen's 12 years apart. Both times, I was treated very well by Ted and the staff. This time both Mike's helped with my deal and there was never a feeling that one won't help because he won't make anything on 'this deal'. They both chipped in and got the deal done with great pricing, a test ride, paperwork signed, and home just as the rain started. Great job to Ted and the Mike's! I would recommend giving them a chance to bid on your business. They beat all the other prices I got on a 2016 Yamaha XSR900. Stoked!
