  First let me say that the Sandwiches we ordered from the Deli were Fantastic. That being said, the Man behind the counter acted as if we were imposing on him. There was only one person in the store and we walked up and said were placing a large order (12 Sandwiches $87.00), he said ok.
  We place the order and he said it should take about an hour, I said really, he said maybe half, we said OK and sat down waiting. When the order was ready, he called out to the empty store as for the 30 minutes, not another patron walked in.
  If a MacDonald's, Burger King etc employee can put a Smile on their face when greeting you, than as the Owner/Manager you owe to your clients to do the same, or get out of the business!!!!
